Participants will be eligible for lucky draws after completing the steps below

Step 1

Select the proposal you support on the activity page, and click “vote.”

Step 2

Fill in the basic information (Name, Country of residence, Email, and Mobile number) and agree to the relevant terms of the activity required for the lucky draws.

Step 3

Complete the voting process. Each account is entitled to one vote for the proposal you support each day.

**The more you vote, the higher the chance of winning! Finally, don’t forget to follow the Taiwan Excellence fan page to access more information anytime and anywhere.

**Please reply us within seven days after you receive the winning information or your qualification would be canceled

RULES FOR VOTING

1. Participants who win the weekly special prizes are not able to win the participation prize, but can reserve the right to win the final prediction prize.
2. Any disputes with regards to the winners or entries will not be accepted by Taiwan Excellence and only Taiwan Excellence reserves the right to decide what needs to be done in the case of such disputes.
3. All products and brands listed are separate from Taiwan Excellence. Taiwan Excellence is not responsible for any claims made by these brands or products.

4. The Vote Contest is only open from January 6th 9:00AM to January 23rd 18:00PM. (GMT+8)

5. Taiwan Excellence reserves the right to discontinue the contest or disqualify any entry without prior notification of the participants.
6. If a potential winner fails to comply with these official rules, such potential winner will be disqualified.
7. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. The sponsor and its respective affiliate brands, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the contest, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting of these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize.
8. In the event that any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Taiwan Excellence reserves the right to void the suspect entries at issue.
9. By entering the contest, each entrant agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless the sponsor and its parent, affiliate brands, administrator, advertising and promotional agencies, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from any liability, damages, losses or injury resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from that entrant’s participation in the contest and the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize that may be won.
10. The sponsor and its affiliate brand companies do not make any warranties, express or implied, as to the condition, fitness or merchantability of the prize. The sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from access to or the downloading of information or materials connected with the contest.
11. By participating, each entrant grants Taiwan Excellence permission to use his/her name, picture, likeness or comments for publicity purposes or shooting a video without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.
12. This contest shall be subject to force majeure events and on the occurrence of such an event; the contest may be withdrawn at the discretion of Taiwan Excellence.
13. Taiwan Excellence shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this contest.
14. This contest is not applicable to (i) all employees of Taiwan Excellence and its affiliate brand partners; and (ii) any third-party agencies that might have worked for Taiwan Excellence in any capacity.
15. This Rules for Voting shall be governed by and interpreted under the law of Taiwan, R.O.C, without regard to its conflict of law provisions that would point to the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.
16. For any disputes arising under this Rules for Voting, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court as the court of the first instance.
